Outside in Thinking

As we move further into a more demanding global society, where every body is a stake holder in every company, reputation management is vital. At MRMUK, we help companies see what outsiders see. Perception V Reality

In any area of conflict, there is always the danger that perception differs from reality. What others perceive of a company, may not be the reality. But! If, as has and continues to happen, a company cannot manage the difference, between perception and reality, then major issues can and do arise. The severity of a company's inability to manage the "gap" could mean the difference between survival and collapse.
